He began his professional journey in 1992, managing system operations for a local company until 1996. He then served as a lead switch test engineer at Ericsson Inc., focusing on MSC hardware and software until 2002. In 2003, he established a computer and networking firm in Dallas, cultivating a loyal client base by providing customized technology solutions.

In 2005, Monzer returned to the corporate sphere as an O&M switch supervisor at T-Mobile in Las Vegas, where he managed critical operational tasks and enhanced system performance. He took on a role at Ericsson in Plano, Texas, in 2007, overseeing the maintenance of communications equipment for marine and isolated environments.

Beyond his technical pursuits, Monzer is a recognized motivational speaker, earning various accolades for his contributions to community and professional organizations. His involvement with Baitulmaal, Inc., an Irving, Texas-based nonprofit, exemplifies his commitment to humanitarian efforts, significantly enhancing the organization's ability to deliver global aid.

On the personal front, Monzer has been married to Bassiima Dandan for over four decades, sharing four children and enjoying a rich family life with their grandchildren. His faith is a cornerstone of his life, motivating extensive volunteer work, including founding a youth center and active participation in local community initiatives.
